Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer with experience in ERP software to join our team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and configuring our ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ERP software based on client requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Customize ERP modules and integrate third-party applications as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP implementations.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation and user manuals.
  • Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
  • Work closely with the development team to address any customization needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP software updates and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in implementing ERP software.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their modules.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with popular ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Understanding of data migration tools and techniques.
  • Certification in ERP software implementation or related fields.
